Health and family welfare are fundamental aspects of well-being. Ensuring access to quality healthcare services and promoting healthy lifestyles are vital for both individual and family flourishing. It underpins stronger communities, where families can thrive, supporting one another's physical and emotional needs for a happier and more productive society. To ensure adequate ,qualitative, preventive and curative health care to people of the state .To ensure  health care services to all particularly to the disadvantaged groups like scheduled Tribes, scheduled castes and back ward classes.  Family welfare includes not only planning of birth, but the welfare of the whole family by means of total family health care. The family welfare programme has high priority in India because its success depends upon the quality of life of all citizens.
